My full name is Nguyen Tuan, I am 26 (twenty six) years old. I come from Ha Noi which is a small town in the central of Viet Nam. I am studying at Electric Power University, majoring in Electric Power System. Now I am living with my parents in a small house in Ha Noi. There are 4 people in my family: my father, my mother, my sister and me. In my free time, I am interested in play football with my friend, I often listening to music. It helps me keep fit and relax.

I have been to many places in Viet Nam, but the most interesting place that I always remember is Da Nang, the beautiful coastal in Viet Nam. I went there last year. Da Nang was so beautiful/ stunning at that time. It’s wonderful to me because of these reasons
Fist, the scenery is Da Nang is ideal for us to go sunbathing. We can swim in the blue and clear sea water or do sunbathing on the soft sand beach under the yellow and warm sunshine. The air is so fresh and pure.
Second, the local sea food is fresh,delicius but not expensive. For example, tourists can enjoy different kinds of seafood sush as crab, pawn, lobster, seashell, etc…(fish). Also, the people there are friendlly, sociable and polite.
Third, there are many interesting activities to do beside playing football, tennis on the beach, building sandcastles on the beach or watching the sunrise. For example, we can sail on a board trip to the Cu Lao Cham and watch the moutain scenery on the way.Also, we may visit Ba Na Hill.

I would like to talk about a journey to the south of Viet Nam just a few months ago. I went with my parents to a the city called Nha Trang which is a lovely coastal town. We decided to go the so that we could experience a different part of the country and see life by the beach.
We flew there from Ha noi. The flight took about more than one hour to get to Nha Trang. The journey was really memorable for me because the islands and went driving to see the see life under the sea, which was so fatastic. Moreover, we had chance to enjoy the fresh and delicious seafood.
I will never forget the taste of such meals with the whole family on the beach. In short, that journey has left me a deep impression and I wish to go there once more in my life.

Roral city thanh xuan is a complex of shopping centers and entertainment places. It was built 5 years ago by the famous group vincom. The whole shopping area is huge, so you have countless (many) choices. When you come in to the royral city thanh xuan, you will have the opportunity to puschase (buy) furniture, electronics and home appliances on the fist floor.
When you feel hungry while shopping there is a variety of food in retaurants here, ranging from Korean to Chinese or Japanese dishes. After having something to eat, you may sit in a coffee shop with tasty drinks and smoothies. Besides, there are many kinds of entertainment activities for children and youngsters like: go ice skating or 3D or 4D watching movie, visit Vinpearl Land Water Park…
I myself enjoy sipping some kinds of coffee while looking at the view of the city from height of the top floor. It brings me such a relaxing feeling after hard working days.

When I was a teen, I went to the National museum with my high shool mates. The museum is located in Ha Noi. It was an educational trip for us and we visited the museum as big group of pupils in each class.
The school authority organised the tour and all the students of the high school had to paticipate (join) in the like: guns, tanks, helicopters… I learnt a lot of information during the trip.
I was told about how people lived and fought in the war time. In addition, we also learnt to respect the fighting for freedom of our people. The trip has left us a deep impression as a useful lesson in our lives.

My favorite weekend activity is jogging. Jogging is a simple sport to practise because you don’t need any special or expensive equipment like other sports. In fact you just need a good pair of trainers for your self . The most suitable place for jogging is a park or somewhere around a lake near my house. You can also jog on a field or in the forest if you are living in the countryside.
For me, I jog for about an hour in the afternoon everyday after work. I usually go jogging alone, but if possible (but sometimes) I can ask my family members, friends or neighbors to go with me. While we jog, we often talk and share with each other about everyday life stories, so we feel that we can reduce our stress.
After going jogging each day, I feel that I am more relaxed and fit again after a long day of work. That’s what I like best about jogging.

I am sure that the person I admire the most in my family is my mother. She does everything for me. I can’t really express how I feel about her in just words. She is very friendly and warm hearted.
My mother is a tall, slim woman. She has got long black hair, the tranditional hair of Vietnamese woman. She has a thin face with black eyes. My mother has given mother has always trusted me. With her teaching method, I have been able to make better choices. She has encouraged me to do the best of everything I do.
These are some of the reasons why I admire my mother so much. She has also taught me to be a good person in the future, she is the person to whom I save all my love for.

The most special meal I’ve ever had in my life was on my Dad’s birthday last year, which was prepared by all of my family members.
The idea came from my sister. We planned to surprise him and by preparing his favourite foods. On that day, my Mom cooked Pho, a Vietnamese beef noodles, while I baked a birthday cake for him. My cousins were in change of decoration and music. Everything had been done perpectly a little bit earlier before he came home.
When he opened the door, he was surprised on seeing a colourful “Happy birthday Daddy” banner stuck on the wall in the living room. Standing in font, my Mom gave him a bunch of red roses, his favourite flowers. We enjoyed the delicious meal and shared our best memories with my Dad.
After washing the dishes we gathered in the living room. My Dad made a wish and blew candles. He was in tears and told that he was over the moon (happy) and he was proud of us, his home and his family.

I would like to be a tourist guide in the future. You know, I like traveling so this job is really to my satisfaction. What is special about the job is that it involves travelling a lot to nice landscapes. I would have chances to help tourist understand more about my country: the people and the culture.
Moreover, I am interested in doing this job is that it helps me widen knowledge about the history and cultrue of different parts in our country. To be able to do the job, I must learn a lot about such knowledge, especially I must try my best to improve my English speaking skill so that I can use it in my job. I think it is a hard but very interesting work to do. I hope to be able to do it well

If I have to decide which mean of transport I like most, it’ll be a car. Nowadays it is really necessary for me and my family.
Firstly, it is safer to drive a car than to ride a motorbike because in a car there are air bags, seat belts, car alarm, etc, that prevent us from being injured if you have an accident. Driving a car at night on a lonely road will safer than riding a motorbike.
Secondly, you never have to think about the weather (such a rain, sun, storm, and dark at night) when you drive. A car has air-conditioner which helps you to avoid getting wet, dust… so it help to keep you healthy.
In the third place, a car is comfortable and fast. You can pretty much travel wherever you want whenever you want within your local area, without having to worry about the departure times and delays of the public transport system.
Furthermore, you will feel comfortable and relaxed with the CD and DVD machines on the car. You can listen music and you have pleasure of driving. When you are tired, you can stop the journey and rest.
Finally, if you have just the one car between you and your family, it can be possible to share the vehicle between all of the family members thus providing everyone with a mode of transport at all times

I have met and liked several teachers in different years of my academic life. Among them Mr. (…say the name of the teacher…). He used to teach us history in our higher secondary level.
The first attractive quality he had is his well manner and eloquence. He was a great teacher and we all liked his style of teaching. We were very surprised to know that he knew a lot about history and when he taught us, he told lots of relevant stories which made the classes more interesting. He did not believe in homework so he always gave tasks which we had to finish during our classes.
Because of him, we did well in the board exam in History. Besides his great way of teaching, he taught us morality, importance of education and how to value the morality and time. He influenced us to read books and history books outside our syllabus which turned out to be very useful later in our lives.
He inspired us to read English newspapers, journals, watch history related channels, technology and history related magazines. He was talented and very friendly to the students. He never turned down anyone whenever someone asked for his help and advice. He had an athletic body and we found him often participate in different outdoor games. He inspired us to do physical exercises and outdoor games.
In short, he was an exemplary person and an ideal teacher whom most of the students liked and respected very much. I have been greatly influenced by his punctuality, honesty, talent and good behavior. I still remember him and the advices he gave me.

My grandfather had been the father of six children and later on when they became parents, the family grew up quite large. In our joint family there are several children and among them the youngest boy of my elder sister is the one I’d like to talk about. He is 4-5 years old and is my most favourite nephew. His name is Abraham and I call him Nir. I still remember the day he came in to this world and I chose to name him Abraham. He lives with his parents in a different city and they visit us almost 3-4 times each year.
From his childhood he was very cute and adorable. I loved him very much and because of my affection towards him, he became very fond of me. I usually see him with an interval of 3/4 months and each time I get the feeling that he has grown up more.
We often play hide-and-seek and cricket together with other people and kids. He loves to listen to the ghost stories, adventurous stories and fairy stories. While their stay at our home, he stays with me at night and I tell him bed time stories. We often go to walk in the field, go to open places like parks, near river and forest. He likes ice-cream and I buy him chips, ice-creams and chocolates. He loves sweet and hates to eat any pungent food. I often cuddle him, make fun with him and play with him. My affection and love for him is acute and I love to spend time with him

Hello, my name’s Marta and now I talking about my summer holidays. First, I talking about my 10 days in Almeria wilth my parents and my brother, Second, I talking about my 3 weeks in England wilth a family who live there, and Finally. I talking about my 10 days in Platja d’Aro and Dublin.
First I went to Almeria with my family my father, nmy mother and my brother. I stay in a big hotel with swimming pool and spa 10 days. I really like went in there becase Icould relax some dhys with my family! When I return to Banyoles, I stay Ihere 1 week and after I went to England.
England was fantastic! I stay there 3 weeks with my frends and a family who live there and 1 tike it because 1could to study English and had funny in the same time! Treturn to Banyoles, and next day L went lo Platja d’Aro with my uncle and my aunt 5 days and I went swimming and I stay in the sand of the beach Olher 5 days I went to Dublin with my parents, my brother, my uncle and my aunt and I visit all the beautiful cty Iwent to pubs and cathedrals and other places. This program is usually shown on VTV2 everyday at 8.30 in the evening. It often lasts about 45 minutes. In this program, stories of the life of many animals in the world are told in a very lively way. For example, people can watch films about monkeys, snakes,tigers, insects, birds, sea turtles, sharks etc and even the penguins and the polar bears in the far North. While watching these films, I find the everyday life activities and habits of these animals very interesting and full mysteries.
In addition, I also learn that it is very important to protect these animals and their living environments because they are part of our valuable natural world. Watching this program makes me very well informed and relaxed after a day of work.

I live in a house in Hanoi. The house is in a small and quiet street in Cau Giay district of Hanoi. It takes about half an hour to go to the city center. The house was built 5 years ago. It isn’t a big house and has two floors.In my house there are 4 main rooms: a living room, a dining rooms, two bedrooms. Besides, we have a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet.
We have a little but pretty garden; my family often spend our free time there to grow plant and vegetables. Next to the garden there is a small yard where my children often play after school.In my house, I like the living room is my favorite one. This room was painted light green,so we feel very pleasant. In this room, there is a tea table, a sofa and a television. On the wall there is a couple of oil paintings.
After dinner, our family often spend time together talking to each other or watching a favorite TV program. We often receive our guests in this room. I love my house. Everyday when I come back home from work, I have a warm feeling of being together with my whole family.

The teacher that greatly influenced me in my education is my English teacher in high school. She taught me English when I was at grade 10.
